Use the tracking number from your shipment confirmation to follow the latest carrier movement. If you only have your Lowjow order number, use the contact page so support can review the shipment details with you.
Tracking essentials
Open the official tracker
Select the carrier shown in your shipment email, enter the tracking number, and continue to the carrier's official tracking page.
Status can take time to update after a label is created or after the carrier first scans the package into its network.
Use the most reliable reference
- Use the tracking number from your shipment confirmation whenever possible
- Check the shipping confirmation email first if you are unsure which carrier is handling the package
- If tracking has not moved for a material period, contact Lowjow with the order number and checkout email
- If an order ships in more than one package, each package may have its own tracking history
