Orders and tracking
Order questions
Once shipment information is available, tracking details are typically sent to the email used at checkout. You can also use the Track Order page to review the latest order status.
Lowjow can review change or cancellation requests before fulfillment, but changes are not guaranteed once processing or supplier submission has started. Use the contact page or email contato@lowjow.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
Check spam and promotions folders first. If the order appears valid but the email did not arrive, contact Lowjow so the order email can be reviewed.

Some products or orders may qualify for free shipping, but the final shipping method, charge, and any free-shipping eligibility are confirmed at checkout.
Lowjow generally allows up to 3 business days for processing before dispatch. Many U.S. metro-area orders are estimated at 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, while harder-to-reach or outlying areas can take 20 to 30 business days. Use the Shipping Policy for the general framework.
Use the unified Returns Policy page. It is now the main return reference instead of splitting the same topic across separate pages.
Contact Lowjow within 7 days of delivery whenever reasonably possible and include the order number plus clear photos of the issue. These cases are reviewed separately from change-of-mind requests.
Most health, beauty, wellness, fragrance, and personal-care products sold by Lowjow are treated as final sale unless required otherwise by law or approved in writing by Lowjow. The store is more likely to review orders that arrived wrong, damaged, or materially defective than ordinary change-of-mind requests.

Lowjow checkout runs on Shopify's ecommerce infrastructure and payment environment, which is designed to support secure transaction handling.
