1. General shipping approach

Lowjow primarily serves customers in the United States and aims to present shipping options, rates, and estimated timing as clearly as possible before a purchase is completed. Depending on the product, inventory source, and mapped supplier, an order may be fulfilled from a U.S. warehouse or an international partner location.

Any shipping charge, free-shipping availability, delivery estimate, or shipment method shown at checkout remains the most order-specific shipping disclosure for the purchase in question. Because fulfillment routes can vary by supplier and inventory source, storefront messaging should be read together with checkout details and shipment emails.

2. Order processing and fulfillment

Orders are reviewed after checkout for payment authorization, fraud screening, supplier availability, inventory confirmation, and fulfillment readiness. Processing time is separate from transit time.

  • Lowjow generally allows up to 3 business days for processing before dispatch
  • Business-day processing may vary based on product type, order volume, weekends, holidays, and verification needs
  • Orders are not considered shipped until carrier acceptance or other shipment confirmation is generated
  • Some orders may ship in more than one package if inventory is split across fulfillment points or if products are prepared separately
  • Change or cancellation requests may be reviewed before fulfillment, but they are not guaranteed once processing or supplier submission has started

3. Rates, free shipping, and delivery estimates

Shipping rates and estimated transit windows are displayed at checkout. Some products or order combinations may qualify for free shipping, but the final shipping charge and method remain the amounts shown at checkout for the exact order.

Many U.S. metro-area orders are estimated at 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, while harder-to-reach, rural, non-contiguous, or outlying delivery areas can take 20 to 30 business days.

Tracking

4. Tracking, shipment updates, and split packages

Once shipment information becomes available, tracking details are generally sent to the email address used at checkout. Customers can also use the Track Order page to review current shipment status.

  • Tracking may take time to update after a label is created or after the carrier receives the package
  • If an order ships in multiple packages, each package may have a different tracking history or delivery date
  • If tracking appears inactive for a material period, contact support with your order number so we can review the status

5. Delays, address accuracy, and carrier events

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery can be delayed, returned, or incur extra handling requirements depending on the stage of fulfillment.

  • Carrier delays, weather events, routing disruptions, and operational backlogs can affect delivery windows
  • If an order is returned because of an address issue or failed delivery event, Lowjow may need to review reshipment or refund options based on the condition of the package and related costs
  • If a shipment appears materially delayed before final delivery, customers should contact support so the case can be reviewed against the order timeline and carrier status
  • If Lowjow cannot ship within the stated or implied timeframe, the store may send a revised shipping update and, where required, an option to cancel before shipment
  • If an order is fulfilled from an international partner location, import, customs, or cross-border processing effects may apply where relevant
Delivery estimates

Checkout and shipment confirmation remain the most order-specific source of delivery expectations for the order in question.
